Standard Delivery
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
Cost: R50 - R150 (depending on location and package size)
Service: Courier service with tracking number
Coverage: Nationwide delivery across South Africa
Express Delivery
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
Cost: R100 - R250 (depending on location and package size)
Service: Priority courier service with tracking
Coverage: Major cities and metropolitan areas
Same Day Delivery
Delivery Time: Same day (orders placed before 12:00 PM)
Cost: R150 - R300 (depending on location)
Service: Premium same-day delivery service
Coverage: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban
Processing Times
Standard Products
Orders for standard products (certificate holders, frames, etc.) are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require additional processing time. Production typically takes 5-10 business days before shipping, depending on complexity.
Peak Seasons
During graduation seasons (November-December, April-May), processing times may be extended by 2-3 business days due to high order volume.

Delivery to remote areas may take additional time and may incur extra charges. We will contact you if additional fees apply.
Order Tracking
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package through our website or directly with the courier service.
Delivery Updates
You will receive SMS notifications when your package is out for delivery and when it has been delivered or attempted.
Delivery Instructions
Address Requirements
- Provide complete and accurate delivery address
- Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable
- Provide clear directions for remote or hard-to-find locations
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
Signature Requirements
All deliveries require a signature for security. If no one is available, the courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for rescheduling.
Business Addresses
For business deliveries, please specify business hours and any access requirements (security codes, reception desk, etc.).
Failed Deliveries
First Attempt
If delivery fails on the first attempt, the courier will leave a delivery notice with contact information to reschedule.
Redelivery
You can reschedule delivery within 5 business days at no additional cost. After 5 days, a redelivery fee may apply.
Return to Sender
If delivery fails after multiple attempts or if not collected within 10 days, the package will be returned to us and a restocking fee may apply.

Maximum package dimensions: 120cm x 80cm x 80cm
Maximum weight: 30kg per package
Restricted Items
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses. All deliveries must be to physical addresses within South Africa.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over R500. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The exact cost will be shown during checkout.
Additional Fees
- Remote area surcharge: R50 - R100
- Oversized package fee: R75 - R150
- Saturday delivery: R100 additional
- Redelivery fee (after 5 days): R50
